The West End Inn is an exclusive property where every guest’s reservation is important to us. Room rates include Continental and full cook-to-order breakfast, use of the Inn’s common areas, free WiFi and more (for more details, see Amenities).
Guest rooms feature king or queen size bed and are suitable for up to two guests per room, maximum. No exceptions.
Check-in is from 4pm-6pm. Early check-ins can sometimes be accommodated with advance arrangement. Late arrivals after 6pm should make arrangements with the Inn.
Check-out time is 11am.
Due to the intimate nature of the Inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If your plans change after your reservation has been confirmed, cancellation notice is required 14 days* in advance of your arrival date. Please contact the Inn by phone within this timeframe to avoid being charged for your reservation. Reservations cancelled with 14 days or fewer prior to your arrival date will be charged in full on the confirmed date of departure, unless we are able to book your room(s) with another party.
If there is a difference between the cost of the original, cancelled reservation and the rebooking with another party that would result in an economic loss to the Inn, the guest who made the original reservation will be responsible to pay the difference.
This cancellation policy applies to change in arrival/departure dates that result in a shorter stay. All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee, regardless of notice period or reason.
*For group reservations of three rooms or more, a 60-day cancellation period applies.
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
No Smoking, No Vaping Whatsoever
For the health and safety of all guests, the Inn is a non-smoking property.
Traditional smoking of any substance, e-cigarettes and vaporizers are all strictly prohibited inside and on outside decks, patio, driveway or anywhere on West End Inn property.
A $250 minimum cleaning surcharge will be imposed upon any room where guests have smoked/vaped with disregard for this policy.
We understand that accidents happen. If damages or any lost revenue results from gross negligence, the relevant guests will be held financially responsible for the cost of repair and/or lost revenue.
We are unable to accommodate pets.
